We specialize in testing your building, finding the problems and letting you what weatherization projects are most cost effective.  Home Performance Testing consists of a combination of visual inspection by a Certified Building Analyst with years of experience in heating and ventilation systems and building, along with state of the art testing. We use a variety of specialized equipment, such as the Blower door and Infrared Thermal Camera during the evaluation of your home to improve on Energy Conservation. We inspect the insulation and thermal envelope, measuring air infiltration, review the heating systems and addressing your comfort issues.  In addition to energy savings, we are also concerned with building durability and moisture problems including indoor air quality and ventilation.

We are certified by the Building Performance Institute www.bpi.org  and use scientific testing and current building science principles.  We are now moving along with the NH Electric Utilities and implimenting the US Dept. of Energy program, "Home Performance with Energy Star" program. http://www.energystar.gov
